Grandma Nina’s Cookie Recipe

These sugar cookies are from a recipe from my grandma Nina, who died in December 2017 at the age of 103 R.I.P.

Ingredients (for about 50 cookies):

Take ingredients and knead them (this will take about 5 to 10 minutes) into a cylinder (2.5 inches in diameter and 12 inches long) shapped dough. Put dough in refrigerator (not freezer) for at least 3 hours. Cut dough into (slightly less than) 1/4 inch thick slices. Put slices into, preheated to 175°C (350°F), oven for about 13 minutes.
